Oasis Palms is a pet-friendly community and welcomes approved pets in accordance with this pet policy and the lease agreement.
All pets must be approved and registered with the leasing office prior to move-in or prior to bringing a pet onto the property. Pet fees, deposits, breed restrictions, weight limits, and monthly pet rent may apply.
$500 non-refundable pet fee
$50 monthly pet rent per pet
The following breeds, whether full or mixed, are not permitted: Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler.
Residents are responsible for the behavior, care, and supervision of their pets at all times. Pets must be properly restrained in common areas, and residents must promptly clean up after their pets. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or damage caused by pets may result in lease enforcement action.
Service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Documentation may be required as permitted by law.
